We are located right off the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway between milepost #170 & #171 (adjacent to the old Floyd Fest grounds). Turn onto gravel road Route 720 (Rock Castle Gorge Rd) and continue until you see our sign!
NOTE: There are two entrances to Route 720 from the Parkway–both get you to the Villa!
Guests are welcome to bring outside food.
Under no circumstances are guests allowed to consume outside wine, beer or alcohol on Villa Appalaccia property.
We are open for the 2025 season (last day is Dec. 13) and have resumed regular hours.

Our wines are Italian-inspired while grown and harvested in the great state of Virginia. We offer traditional Italian varietals and other unique wines. Look below for the wines we’re currently pouring or see wines available for purchase online.
Along with our unique wines, we offer cheese and hummus plates daily with, bread, fruit, olives, charcuterie and local cheeses. Panini are available every day (Wednesday-Sunday). Most Sundays–weather permitting, May thru October–we offer individual and larger sized pizzas from our wood-fired brick oven.
